Posting to your blog via email is nothing new, you've been able to post to your wordpress blog via a special email address for a long time - you can even upload your photos to flickr via email. WIth that in mind I wonder what the power of this service is? Perhaps it's for shorter form notes? Perhaps it's for random thoughts that I can bang out in an email and rapidly send off that are too short or not well formed enough for my blog, but too long for twitter?

For now, here's the first post and let's have a look and see what it looks like. I'll pop in a photograph too, and perhaps a little MP3.
